What a great choice for the cooking apples. It's quite different for an apple cake, but I love it because the apple slices stay intact and it's not just apple flavor. Sounds like one of those cakes that is somewhat a different cake each day, but always good!mjskithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05252528689535462349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4053330070610478593.post-35130797653256658402012-10-30T04:43:59.044+00:002012-10-30T04:43:59.044+00:00You have a nice co-worker!! :D I like having food...You have a nice co-worker!! :D I like having foodie friends around and you get to eat and talk about food all day long. Haha.

I've never made apple cake before. I think my kids are getting tired of banana bread (ahem, I have been making too often - still in my comfort zone making same stuff over and over again). Since the most exciting fruits in winter is pretty much tangerines and apples, I will try the cake for a change! I know my son will already like this cake. :)Nami | Just One Cookbookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17104033889937635168noreply@blogger.com
